Our team used to dread updating WordPress because a WordPress update meant that our entire site would get messed up and it would take many hours to get the site back to the way it was. As a result, we hadn’t updated WordPress in years and some of our plugins weren’t working properly. Then Sachin came along and changed all that. He set us up with a staging site and he makes sure all of our plugins are working and compatible with each new update of WordPress before updating the live site. Thanks to Sachin, our plugins work, our site loads faster and is easier to use, and our team no longer dreads WordPress updates!
Whenever we are having any kind of issue with our website, I feel confident sending the problem along to Sachin. He’s fixed all kinds of issues for us including shopping cart issues, customized time/date fields for events, and even a Facebook pixel issue. If we are looking for something specific such as setting up videos for purchase on our website, Sachin will research plugins to see what’s available, and if what we are looking for isn’t available, he will code it from scratch for us.
As a conservative estimate, let’s say you spend about 4 hours a month on website maintenance. That’s not a lot. But what does that cost you in terms of client work that you have missed out on?
If you charge $50/hour, that’s an easy $200 lost per month. When your business grows and you charge a $100/hour, that doubles to a loss of $400. Of course you can hire someone to look after your website, but that’s an additional resource that your company has to maintain.
Have a look at our pricing table and what it covers. You could save a lot in revenue by leaving your website maintenance worries to us.
Updates to your site are important as they get your site updates with the latest security fixes available, thus keeping it away from hackers. We take as much care as possible to ensure compatibility before we update plugins, themes or WordPress versions. But in the rare case where a theme or plugin update breaks your website, we’ll ensure that your site is fixed and back up and running.
All our maintenance services are billed monthly. In case you choose to cancel your service, you can do that any time, risk free. If you have already paid for the current month, you will receive support from us for that month.
Yes of course. If you would like to choose a different plan, just let us know and we’ll help you with the upgrade.
We do not offer hosting, but we work closely with a number of providers whom we recommend.
We offer a full refund during the first 30 days of your purchase of any one of our plans. If you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason during this period, we give you a 100% refund. Beyond the first 30 days, if you choose to cancel, you can cancel anytime from your Customer portal, and services will be terminated after the current running month.
Our regular support hours are 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
You can simply send us a message through our contact form. If it is covered by your maintenance plan, we’ll take care of it right away. At times we might refer you to an article or send you a quick answer of our own. If your support request is not covered in your maintenance plan, we’ll send you an estimate for completing the work you need done, or you can upgrade to a higher plan that might cover. But send us a request anytime you think we can help you out with your website.
